Angel Hair Pasta Primavera
1 - 16 oz package angel hair pasta
1/2 c fresh peas
1/2 c tiny green beans
1/2 c sliced mushrooms
1/2 c fresh asparagus
1/4 c unsalted butter
1 c light cream
freshly ground pepper
grated Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta using package directions; drain. Saute peas, beans, mushrooms and asparagus in butter in saucepan until tender crisp. Add cream and pepper. Simmer until sauce is slightly thickened. Toss pasta with sauce to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
