Easy Corn Casserole
1 - 17 oz can cream style corn
1 - 17 oz can whole kernel corn
2 eggs
1 - 7 oz pkg corn muffin mix
1 c sour cream
Preheat oven to 350. Combine corn, eggs, muffin mix and sour cream in bowl; mix well. Pour into casserole. Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Serves 6.
